@qyn6 It's all him. Both he and Piko have these insane voice ranges and can voice both guys and girls. Look up their version of "Magnet" and you'll see what I mean.

I wouldn't say he and Piko are the best NicoNico singers (There's gobs of really good ones. Tourai, Usa, Yamai, Clear, Dasoku, Valshe, and ChouCho, to name a few of my other favorites,) but they probably have the best ranges. Piko even had a vocaloid made after her because of all her contributions to the Vocaloid community.
