Yeah! Give it a try. Start from the outer edge... then move toward the center.

You will need to lightly tap the outer area to take down the high spots.

Look into PDR, Although I cover that in the course... Good luck and take your time.

@HowToPaintYourCar here in aus im a panel beater and with somthing like that be alot faster to replace the panel how ever if you did decide on repairing the panel when i was in tech we always got told to start in the middle of the dent once you have it to its original hight then work the outer edges as the dent causes a slight high around the dent then with somthing that big get it back to its shape the best u can then shrink as the metal in this video was stretched bad and we file finish only.
