Actually I am a mother of 8 children of which 6 are adopted and two are my biological children.

Even I breastfed all my children both biologic and adopted. I do not feel that there is nothing wrong in breastfeeding another woman's baby and that it is an act of motherhood and motherly instinct

In case a baby is infected with hepatitus B or in rare cases HIV the police woman might be infected,i am a mother and many times i was collecting my breastmilk to give to give to my child in a bottle by somebody else later, so...

At least that policewoman is trying to be compassionate to another infant. This is a rarity since China had been tarnished by its military-police brutality towards their people in the past. At least the woman deserve a respect and some decent admiration. Your point about the health aspect is noted. But please be kind, ok?

Your definition about freedom is very funny. Maybe you smelly dykes think that attacking other people's norms and culture is a way of "freedom os speech" in your country.
