Zippo the Italian Greyhound/Maltese

my italian greyhound is great on a leash and he barks ALL the time, like when he's playing with you or everytime he hears something strange. when i put a harness on him it just rubbed his skin but I see you dont have that problem since he's half maltese so hes got some hair lol. Does he shed?

I have both an IG and a Maltese! What a cool mix, and yeah, wow! that is fly away hair! Glad he found a great home!

You may want to try a martingale collar w/lead rather than a harness.
