I have got a very good hint for you to keeping the nice old Engine in good shape with todays ultra dry eco fuels: Use 1:100 API TC two stroke oil / fuel mix as regular driving fuel, that keeps the old fuel-system gaskets, rubber parts, alloy parts etc... and cast iron metal surfaces of those vintage engines in excellent shape...and it also lubricates the valves and upper piston regions. Most Porsche vintage owners in Germany do so :) Also keeps carbs and tank clean and rustfree

My 240z got the RB25 swap and I can tell you first hand, that car is crazy fast. One misconception on the swap is that you run 500hp off the bat!! Its not the case. You still need to spend about another 5K or so to get it up to those specs. But with the Q45 throttle body, Greddy Intake plenum, a better fuel rail, and a few more its right about 300hp.

scott you still have to show respect because that car was the early basis for your car. and unless you have close to 500 horsepower, you can probably say goodbye and kiss his single tailpipe
If that car were really making a full 448rwhp with a wheelbase that narrow, on street tires, and no traction control then it would never have enough traction to stay on the road dumbass! At most at the time of the video it's pushing maybe 330, and even that's a stretch

@AcomsRazor1776 well i had an srt4 with 330hp and i could light the tires up rolling in 2nd gear....now with 500hp and that little wheelbase like you stated before it would be lighting them up rolling in 3rd gear and go sideways....maybe there is a skyline badge that added the 200hp there lacking in this car
