Cool, thanks for the info, I was given a sheet from my doctor but it only had very simple exercises for week 1, and now that I am entering the second week of post-op, I'm ready for harder exercises.
The on I had the most trouble performing was the prone flexion. I'm guessing it's because I got my new ACL with a hamstring graft.
@bigfellafromdownunde Hang in there, man, I'm doing much better now (It's been a couple of months). I'm even starting to run a little. Just keep up your exercises, but don't be discouraged if progress is slooow, it's worth the wait ;)
@SHAKAZULU My friend and i just had this surgery last thursday hes already at 120 i havent even begun bending my leg yet.... hes using the cpm machine and started rehab 4 days after surgery, my first rehab is today. People heal at different rates. Also depends on which surgery you had. i just had my hamstring taken out on the same leg and he had his patellar tendon taken for his.
I have torn my crucia ligament away with the bone, had operation, thanks man. I just laugh the pain out :D

after 2 weeks you cannot bend your knee to 70 degrees.
i had the surgery and it took me 4 weeks to get to 80 degrees,
this is not ACL surgery, the knees are not even swollen in this video.
it just look a fake.
