hillarious , out of all the bond villains they are my favorite they are unique in that you won't see anyone like them anywhere else but this film. An older and less popular bond film but these henchmen make it worth it , they are purely clever and odd. They are such odd balls especially since they are gay but just look like two misfits. Especially Mr. Kidd

They show the killing in one of the deleted scenes. They shoot him with a gun that initially shoots out a "Bang!" Flag. But it's actually a real gun, and Wint pulls the trigger.
