There is no way he only got away with 40mgs. That is seriously like one pill of Oxy. He most likely got away with a 180 count bottle of Oxycontin 40mgs. That would be quite a steal, especially considering the street value would be damn near $3000 for the bottle.

I knew a man who robbed pharmacies at gunpoint for meperidine. He was busted and sent to maximum security prison for this. When I lived in Oakland, I saw old people get robbed right outside a pharmacy. There would always be predators who look for their prey who exit the drug store. Keep your eyes open.

But the point is to keep one's eyes open. I have witnessed old people get mugged after leaving the drug store in Oakland. You never know who's watching you after you exit a pharmacy.
