Suicide my ass!! This lying p.o.s. blew his wife and baby girl away and SHOULD be dragged out behind the couthouse and shot! It totally makes sense that some gunshot residue ended up on her because the gun was not far away when he fired it. 1. Car - invented by a German not an American.
2. If you mean powered manned flight then yes. But man had already flown on gliders of the same design. But the jet engine that we rely on today is British.
3. Electric light bulbs - google it! This was a British invention and Thomas Edison simply improved it.
Sorry but until recently they hid these things in books but now they have the internet you can check the facts.

@WillShakespeare2007 The car is not exactly a German invention. It was already in existence in France as early as the 17th century. True the modern engine is British, but the modern airplane was invented by the Wright brothers. I suppose it is always dangerous ground to claim an invention as a nationality, especially considering that inventions have evolved over time, and modernized, so it all depends on what individual was able to properly perfect the invention.

I recognized the one pic of the mommy holding the baby, must've been in some magazine I've read. The baby had such a memorable gorgeous face. You could see she was a little person already and just full of life...... What a huge loss. :'(
