I love that new Bupa advert
"One day Mary felt a bump... It was cancer.
The doctor put her in a nice room and she felt better"
She still had cancer though.
They don't tell you that.

The propoganda distributed by BUPA's cute ads suggest that they can cure all ailments where the NHS can't!!
Should be legally banned as false advertising!
Am personally making it my mission to do so.

it's called Knick Knack by Bobby McFerrin - from the soundtrack of the Pixar short of the same name

It's the background track from PIXAR Animation Studios' Knick-Knack.
It was created specially for that short film, and is not available for purchase last time I checked.
