@Fluryman No. The public would view it as a form of recreational warfare. Imagine having the US paintball team going up against the Chinese or N.Korean team. It would be more then just a game. Plus, paintball is expensive. Especially on large scale like training a team for four years to compete. The richer countries would have the best equipment and best practicing wheres some tiny country wouldnt be able to afford 5 complete set ups at $2000+

@badgernine small countries that dont have money dont even compete in olympics. so money wouldent be an issue. the amount of money spent to train all athleates is very big so paintball wouldent be diffrent. plus every sport in the olympics is more then a game. all bring strong emotions and it wouldent be an indicator of anything more then who has the best paintball team.
