He "looks" better, but he is no where close to being good. Like you said, improper stance AND, i wanted to add, that useless open arms swinging left him open to so many good hits and possibly knockouts.

The guy in the blue shirt, has some experience. He uses proper techniques, keeping the back foot in a spring like position, ready to propel. He also keeps his fists closer to his chin, therefor protecting it. On top of that, he keeps pressure on the opponent. Overall, good job.
