Whats fucked up about this outro scene is that Sam's daughter wasn't dead at all, it was a set up by Lambert to protect him from being blackmailed by a high up mole in the Third Echelon. It is so wierd to know that Sam's suffering is in vain.

my favorite video game cinematic. the music is awesome, full of emotion. the thing introduces many key points of the series (including who killed Sarah. well, the question, which it was Third Echelon, u find out in Conviction XP) to have Fisher more on their side. (they think of him as a puppet)

It starts out with Fisher and some other less experienced Splinter Cell jumping from a plane into Iceland to deactivate a missile. The partner dies and Sam barely makes it out deactivating the missile, when he gets in this is where it starts off. It's the outro to the Iceland mission.

1. sam fisher was still in his wetsuit. the outfit he was in on the other version's closer to what he's wearing in this scene.

2. in the 360/PC version, sam wasn't informed anything about his daughter, or really anything that would make him say "what's going on, Lambert?"

yes but this does happen like this in the wii version i have played xbox360 and wii version and this one is what happens in the game you get told halfway through the mission to come back, you say why, he says sam.... its your daughter and then this all sad music comes along and you gotta get out in x ammount of time then you run out on the ground and into the chopper.. wii version is very different
