I called Jerry Brown's office too and was told my concerns would be passed onto the coordinator and to the attny general. I explained that the public need to be told specifics of this idea vs. "the headlines" then all the fine print. As it is, this initiative is mis-leading the public.
I just called Brown's office. They said they will let him know at the end of the day how many calls came in, so please call. The numbers seem to matter more than the validity of the outrage.
