Ok honestly people the original beanies were so much better compared to these things xD It really is a cheap rip off of webkinz and neopets made by Ty to keep their company new and fun. I've played all 3 sites and I think that Webkinz is the best online pet one, neopets is the best for doing stuff with your friends, and the original beanies was a national phenominon so it pwns all <3

The new 2.0 site has lots of issues, mabye because new features are being added. Like in the chat room it says others are there, but when you go nobody is there. And all the beanies are lonely the meter for it never changes from yellow. Only the food/health changes. It freezes constantly, and the cellphone you can hardly say anything only simple phrases. Mabye the cellphone text should be like the chat in the chatroom, where you can type words but they are filtered.

I'll be the first to give you your due Pork. BB2.0 has been a complete flop. Everyone bought them in the beginning because of the hype. But the new releases are not selling. The website has never delivered what was promised. Ty let a bunch of employees go in June and I beleive they may be close to the end.

They did bring back the 1.0s, which is good for old-tyme collecters. They also changed the BB2 tags to please collecters. That's good, right?

I just found out about Beanie 2.0. I was in the Beanie craze for a few years when they were around. All I know is that although Webkinz had their day and sold like crazy, their sales are slowing down, and retailers are dropping accounts with them due to poor customer service. Ty has always had an awesome marketing scheme, and if their website proves better than Webkinz, they WILL blow them out of the water. I believe that Ty Beanies will be cheaper as well.

I have played on the new website. The games are awesome and way more fun than Webkinz. There are sooo many cool games and the graphics are way better. When you first register your beanie they change into the virtual beanie, well wait and see it is so freakin' cool.
