Nope, it was a glitch.

I put on a code that turns a signpost outside the castle into a toad that acts like a box. I picked the box up, threw it at the wall, and it shattered. Then, When I jumped into the water a while after that, a Toad appeared infront of me out of nowhere. I was really freaked out. I noticed that the Toad was always staring at the camera. That's when I decided to make this video. It was a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I doubt it will ever happen again.
