@MsClue dancers tend to wear that in classes because that is considered appropriate attire for a hip hop class. For a performance, like this one, the ones that look "all the same in their sweatpants and stuff" would wear a costume or something. Also, if the choreography is to "throw your long hair around" and you have to do it, how does that make the girls themselves stupid?
