mm, I think it needs some hills, it's too flat.. looks really boring. Also, some texture on the snow would make it look a lot more enjoyable, it looks like the stuff in the environment is just sliding toward you when you move.

A valid point, Vashiscool. But, does this place look like a fun place to spend 5 levels? Or does it look like an obstacle put in front of you before you can hang out in other, cooler fields? Regardless of the effort needed, I hope this isn't the finished product. Because it looks very dull. All i am looking for is some elevation and uneven ground. Ya know, like the snow fields are.

I hope its not a Lvl 100+ Grind Based game like all other free mmorpg's. That or make you buy hundreds of dollars on game shop items that only last a certain number of days.

I wish free mmorpg makers would work more towards a level 40 cap and focus on skill progression and team advancment instead of getting to lvl 80/150 and giving up because you get bored of the same useless shit.

It will be like .hack, which means it will be up to level 99. However also, somewhat like .hack, weapons play a very huge role in the game...from the shape and color difference (which distinguishes the worth of your character). As for game shops, maybe, however they will not affect stats, only apperence.

well gu had a level cap of 150 so it might be higher =)

@Jsb25704 high chance it will have a high level cap because it is supposed to be like 'the world' and also i believe they can only recieve money from people who are donating, so probably no 'game shop items' other then the normal item buyings ones with potions and armor and weapons ect.

btw I went through all the models (specially the tent) and fixed up the errors on them. Again though, the ground and sky were NOT the target of this preview, so they wernt worked on. Wouldn't even matter regardless, cause snow fields are night fields. Jeez if your gonna complain, at least know what your talking about >.>

Oh and on top of everything the most important atribute is character customization. This includes the skin colors one of the most important from my view at least what ive noticed latly with a lot of mmorpg they lack the customize character out look and it really sux the only reason I tried perfect world was that it let u customize skin tone at least as for game play its almost like every other one thats out so i hope u have a good customization for characters please dont forget that part

Oh and also I know your still in developmental stage so yeah a lot from the preview needs work but Im really looking forward to the end product. If indeed that is player speed it needs to be much faster and also if u create an item like the speed charms in dot hack that wld be helpful or even add animals you create and ride on like the grunties, but not we dont want you to get introuble for infringmant.Especially since this is the only atempt at a dot hack some what game ive seen.

love the idea dot hack was the first game i really fell in love with mmorpg style. I always said when i was playing this should be a reall online game and was really disapointed it hadent beenn made into one so when yours is finished I'mdefinantly gonna play even if I had to pay id play thats how much I love it!!!!

So i was reading the comments, somone said the HyperCam messes with the ground.

Watching again, I realized that when you did go into the tent, the left was shadowed and the right was lighted up way more.

on the ground, why are there 2 sets of shadow, 1 that moves and one that doesnt for a bit but then changes to a different non-moving shadow? I understand clouds, but I voided that option out. Care to explain what is happening to the ground?

Also, I hope that that was not the Player's speed for walk or even run, on a map as big as that?
