The patient refuses it. The government kicks him off the plan, saying that refusal of "treatment" will make him sicker and cost more money. Before forced Auto insurance in Michigan, insurance agents went door to door begging for peoples business, and now, a new young, driver is forced to pay near $2K a year for basic coverage. The people, with full coverage, get nothing but a fat paycheck to hand over to the collision shops.
