Secondly, why does she pull the skin back from behind the calf? you can do it by simply pulling the skin down in the direction you applied the wax and pull the strip in the opposite direction. Derk brain.

I agree with a lot of the comments that she should be wearing gloves and not double dipping. However we don't know this lady or the model, maybe they're related so they're more relaxed. Also, for all we know that tub of wax may only ever be used on that one girl. They did do a number of videos and a full body wax could use a whole jar. I doubt they just did one eyebrow, and one underarm, I could be wrong though. :)

you don't want to put oil on first. an oil base is used for removing wax. i use a pre-wax cleanser, then a light amount of baby powder to absorb any moisture and to help highlight the hair and keep the wax from sticking to the skin. i am a licensed esthetican.

It depends on your pain tolerance level and if your allergic to the wax. If your not allergic then it shouldn't... "burn". Waxing DOES have a tingling or stinging feeling immeadiately after, but if you apply quick pressure, it helps.. But it only last for a couple of seconds.

First off, you don't put oil on the leg first, you put on antiseptic. Second, she butters the wax and held the stick at the WRONG 45 degree angle (the wax should be thin like celophane). Lastly, not only did she lift the "muslin" when pulling (supposed to remove parallel) she did not apply pressure..she patted the are (OUCH!). Awful, unprofessional and sloppy...this is why you go to licensed estheticians.
