@kotelkavogel She means she doesn't feel bad that she kissed Damon and that she is moving on, but she feels bad that she hasn't announced it to him... because technically they hadn't broken up yet (She's been fighting for him this whole time to get to the way things used to be). And so now that she's announced it, she won't feel guilty anymore. By the way, I am still confused. Is Stefan normal now that he got his ''freedom'' from Klaus? Does he remember his feelings for Elena?

@XxLalaMusicXx stefan is not compelled to hurt her anymore.. he is back to himself but he has to act like a jerk so elena would stay away cuz after everything he's done, he doesnt feel worthy of her anymore.. and elena didnt feel guilty about the kiss but it's not like she is moving on and forgetting stefan.. she is feeling things for damon now and is confused

@XxLalaMusicXx got it now. thanx for explaining :) it's always good to talk with others. well stefan is the same one as he was when he wasn't compelled by Klaus in 3x5. we saw in episode 1,2,3,4,5 of season 3 that even though stefan was killing ppl all around he still cared about elena and damon (im guessing about others too but mostly about these 2). he was still holding on to a part of his humanity. after he got free of the compulsion he got his humanity back.
