i'm pretty sure this isn't a way around, being on a restricted account, seeing as you need to be an admin to use run as admin.

if there is only one account on your computer that account is an administrator, windows always has to have an administrator account. think abou tit it would be a bit daft if their wasn't an administrator on your pc.

the only thing i can see that this does is jus tmake it so you dont have to right click and use run as admin when you want to run something as an admin.

Go into the Start menu, type cmd and make sure 'cmd' is highlighted (if not, use the arrow keys to select cmd from the list). Hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and press ENTER to start Command Prompt. Type the password (or click Continue) and then type the commands. The System error 5 error should not occur. This fixes the problem for me. If this does not work…I'm blown for ideas…!

@TrueDominguez lookup ophcrack or kon-boot, dont look up ways to just do it manually on your computer, trust me there is no way to do it through cmd- if the installation proccess is blocked have a freind download ophcrack or kon-boot onto a cd and reboot your computer with kon-boot or ophcrack, hope this helped

If you have the other admin account than you can reset the main administrator password. If you don't have the other admin account than you can use the reset disk.
