wow. what a way to ruin a great song such as mad world. the singing on this version is garbage that makes me want to scrape out my ear drums with a file, then slit my throat so I can shove them down my esophagus so my stomach acid can devour my ear drums. it would be more pleasant than hearing the voice of who ever that is singing that horrible rendition of mad world.... and the sad part is the original song is so beautiful

@gamerdough yeah the "original" you're talking about is a cover too. The original artist is Tears for Fears. They have another song in Donnie Darko called Head Over Heels. They have a lot of good songs that people don't really know they made!

@TMLeafsGuy they are definately unsung heroes in the music industry. Though I have to say I like Gary Jules version better because I love to wallow in sorrow lol, and I like how sad it sounds. It just seems to flow so much better.
