  • Dangerous and NOT impressive at the same time. Get a weighted belt and use that around your ankles and put more than 135lbs on the bar.

  • This stuff works! i've done this exercise for 2 weeks and my abs are harder and my chest is larger

  • It is not that dangerous if you bench with a weight you can normally do for over 10 reps. I always bench with my legs raised (prevents arching of the back), but I have yet to try it with a weight. I will tomorrow
