wow..isn't that something..there is another rental car company posted on youtube i watched a few months ago..i forgot what it is called, but they charged people reduculous rates...charged a girl $6000 for a small (maybe a rock dent) on the bottom of the car...(you cant even see it)..man that office looks legit though..

Geez if own a G35 but rented from this dump you are a major cheapo. Rent from Hertz, Enterprise or another refutable rental place, you probably will have to spend a little more money but you will have a car that doesn't suck. And was there a reason you joined YouTube JUST to put up this complaint when you would probably get more views on Craigslist or on Google reviews?

I rented from one of the big companies once. We did a walk through inspection on the car and noted all damage. Then they gave me half a tank of gas, which was noted. Two days later, the car started to overheat and radiator fluid was leaking from the car. I called the big company immediately, the person said to just keep driving it and if it got worse they would arrange for an exchange. I told them to come get their car immediately and either issue an exchange or cancel the contract.

Another "Genious" chimes in... Police pull you over for EXPIRED TAGS... ITS ILLEGAL TO EVEN PARK A CAR ON PUBLIC STREETS WITH INVALID TAGS... you obviously don't own a car. I continued driving the car 1day and then called the company "Jackass" who told me to drive the car. Also "Mental Giant" to remove stains from the seats and carpets requires an interior "DETAIL" which averages about $50-100 and takes 2hrs and 24 hrs to dry ... not my responsibility on a "GUARANTEED CLEAN VEHICLE".

Well instead of bitchin' you HAD the option of complain to the manager and have it clean or get a car clean. You're entitle to have a clean vehiclem no one was forcing you to accept it. But nope, you had to make a video complaining about it. I bet the REAL reason is not that the car was dirty but that you wanted more for less and management caught you in the act. The drama about being harassed by the police is boloni. Police agencies DO NOT pull you over for nothing, you had to do something that merit the officer pulling you over which he/she later found out the vehicle was not registered. I'm curious to know what was the real reason your own car ended up in a body shop for 2 whole weeks. AGAIN you had the option of choosing the rental company to whom you wish to do business with. Nobody forced you to rent from these people.

Let me understand this.... I had this experience, I had my name forged and money taken from me I didn't authorize, I discovered a company who charged all their clients 13-27% for two years in illegal tax which could amount theoretically upto $1.5 million in mpney that was supposed to go to the LAWA for LAX improvements, I am contacted by 5 other people screwed out of this tax, and one girl from texas who was also rented a unregistered car, had it impounded and had warrent issued

and a $800 fine imposed, I have spent untold hrs investigating, building a website, helping the other people, informing the authorities, makling videos, posting on other sites, hunting and screening attorney's and finding one who believes in this case so much he is taking it on contingency bases.... but you think this is about a few bucks ???... This is about "PRINCIPLE" and I will walk with only my loss if they pay everyone what they stole... Otherwise thay can pay what a jury feels is fair

I went to DMV a second time and they actually were kind of asses and said its still the drivers responsibility, however they gave me a form to send to Sacrimento... I'm going to send those in and attach the information on Ashley's rental where these slimeballs actually had false DMV paperwork on the vehicle and rented it and her car got impounded. We will see.... And then we will see what the CHP Fraud Department feels about this behavior.

I'm actually surprised after your trip to the DMV an inspector didnt go out there to have a word with them. Renting vehicles with expired tags shouldve been enough for them.

Anybody who has rented from Deluxe Rent A Car and was charged a ACRF (Airport Concession Recovery Fee) charge, Contact the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office. This fee can only be charged by the 10 rental companies that pay this to the LAWA. Deluxe does not and has been ripping off renters by taking this money and putting it in their pockets. In doing so they have robbed the city of Los Angeles of funds used for the upgrades to the airport. I was personally charged $42 and live in Los Angeles.

AGAIN, If the car was that bad. I would have tried to exchange or if they really didnt have cars (do not truly know this since I wasnt there)I would have cancelled my contract or do an early return and go to a competitor rather than YOU choosing to continue driving a illegal licensed car around with a bad tire with your kids(which doesnt make any sense). No one forced you to keep the car. You should of called for example Enterprise for they EVEN adveritise they'll pick you up. No excuses!!

Perhaps they did break a few laws. I'm NOT saying they didnt. It could be that YOU and Deluxe are both at fault just cause you chose to keep the car with knowledge of the issues instead of exchanging or cancelling and going to a competitor. What amazes me is the thing about the tire and the car being dirty and you blaming Deluxe when we DONT have proof on those. Its easy to hit a curb ruin a tire or spill somthing on your seat and say THEY did it just to juice things up and then take a picture.

I used to do detailing...

look at those stains you cant tell on the video but on the site the pics are good and mine are better. there are multiple kinds of stains everywhere and layered meaning of stains on top of each other. when you spill something on carpet most of the time you can't even see it but what happens is it creates a sticky environment where the dirt sticks. you use an emulsifyer to remove the residue. You try to reproduce those stains in one day, I know I couldn't

Again I took the car dirty and accept that, but remember I was guaranteed a clean car, was 20 miles away from home and was dropped off by the bodyshop. My kids had to be picked up from school so there was no real choice there.

it had a slow leak that took 2-3 days to get low, I accept that I knew that too.... after the first 5 days I knew it had a slow leak that took about 2-3 days to deflate. bodyshop told me 7-10 days on the job. thought I would return it before the tire was low again.

Upon the correct agency getting involved and forensic accounting anaylsis of the last 7 years or so there could possibly be a charge for each and every person who was fraudenly overcharged a non-existent or misrepresented fee to supplement your profit margin and offset the false advertisement of low pricing used to entice your victims

Here's the funny part...

I spent two hrs watching about 5 Johnny Park Shuttles running back and forth on Saturday and video taping them. I noticed a few interesting things...

What I'm saying is car rental companies have contracts with collection agencies and lawyers fighting for them too as well for theres always 2 sides to a story on the "what ifs" or "could haves". As for the flat tire how do we know you just didnt run over nail while the vehicle was on rent to YOU? Also as for the car being dirty how do we know your passnegers did or didnt cause those stains? Maybe they had an attitude if they did because they have to hear your griping over stuff they are told to do by there boss. If your car was that bad why didnt you just go politely exchange it the next day instead of showing your drama on a video? C'mon get a life.
