Gaiam, Beautiful, this is so cool ! Yoga has relieved my neck and back pain, while all medicines and PT/OT failed ! I am quite impressed with myself.

It has built self-confidence and brought structure, clamness and peace to my life. I have pushed out all the clutter and learnt to say "NO" to additional projects and requests. I love what YOGA has done for me !

I absolutely love you; though the only work I have of yours is A.M. Yoga.

Always wanted more, but can't even bring myself to practice this one.

Another interesting coincidence, beside having your tape and wanting more info and support, I also have a son named Evan.

I'm 49 (soon) and he is 4.
