I have to say, I think Sentinel's ending is the most frightening, because it is a real possibility in our world (minus the giant autonomous military android angle, obviously). It really gets you thinking about how the shortsightedness of mankind's decisions and attempts to dominate and control the world around him can backfire and cost us everything.

A big thanks for posting this. I only got to see two of the character endings when I played this game in the 90's.

Man, you did well to beat this with everyone. Magneto's an absolute bitch to defeat, even on the easiest difficulty. I think I only ever managed this with about three characters.

I never could finish the game with all the characters just Ice Man, Akuma and my favorite, Omega Red so I didn't really practice with the others. Still have my Sega Saturn ;-)

Omega Red's ending is a continuation to Cyclops', and so are Samurai and Wolverine's. Kinda dumb, kinda cool.

Psylocke's ending was kind of funny. But Sentinel's... time to pray, people. Spiral sure has vision!

And the others are the AColytes They were magnetos henchmen in the comics

The comic storyline was called

"Fatal Attractions"

6 comics each a past of the story. Each with a hologram on the cover.

Wolverine got his metal skeleton ripped out, Cable was destroyed, Colossus Joined Magneto.
