  • I like these better than reg deadlifts,,they feel more balanced and more legs are engaged!!!

  • How much do you weigh?, It's difficult to tell in the video. This looks pretty similar to the Romanian deadlift, which moves stress from quads which is what I do.

    I have just done 3 sets of 10 reps with about 80 pound dumbbells and I was knackered for a bit, only second session doing them. I have read people saying dumbbells deadlift not as good as barbell, what do you think about that? Great video. thanks.

  • This is not the correct form of deadlifting. You were squatting the entire time to pick up the weight

  • @ededdede3 There's a lot of variations. Personally, I don't see a point in ME doing them any other way than all the way up and all the way down. Straight earning it. Thanx for commenting.
