I see this a lot, especially on that bridge that connects Broker to Algonquin and Bohan. It goes over Charge Island and has the toll booth on it. See cops pull over people on the Algonquin stretch a lottttt.

There are PC police mods like LCPDFR of Neos police persuit mod and you can pull over people and give tickets and much more like pursuits.

Whenever i see a cop chasing a guy i shoot the guy running thinking i helped out the cop and then the cop goes after me and the guy gets away :P

you could be a cop if you have gta iv for pc you need to have gta iv moddable then you go to this website LCPDFR.com and you will need something call dsound to downlod it and you could even be a swat guy

@TheBattleboy its the sultan rs its behind the garage by the abanded house. you do a mission there at.ummm you will c it on the map on the thrird island and your will c like three little roads and then just follow one of them

I've notice that this only happens in star junction and no where else. Because that's where is saw this happen in my game and in the exact place but with a diffrent car

@DarksFilms acturally this happens frequently on the bridge between algonquin and dukes, the one that has the pay-toll in the middle, but everytime you go there he's done with the whole thing and usually walking back to his cop car, and just sits there

I've only seen this once before in the game lol, And i hope in GTA V they sort out the cops and make them alot smarter L:, Like if they see you go through a red light or speeding they will pull you over.
