This episode was awesome, except they drew Hal Jordan the guys who turns evil into Imperialex. This Kyhle Rayner the Mexican with a better costume, and draws, has black hair. This was the only thing that got me angry about this episode.

The name's "Kyle Rayner" but, really, this is at least 75% Hal Jordan. The Green Lantern title at the time didn't have anything this classic.
IMO, the real Torchbearer was John Stewart in the Justice League cartoon. He was cut from the same cloth as fellow Corpsmen Jordan and Gardner.
