The reason you aren't fighting the mini-boss of Explose Horneck--- I mean Blast Hornet is that you beat Gravity Beetle, who is history thanks to X, and the boxes in his stage are now gone, but the enemies you'd see there are different, but not difficult.

Just thought I'd comment, The "Vile" armor or whatever it's called IS a little different. If you hold the attack button it's claw hands will start to spin like drills, and when you release the attack button it flings it's claw out on a chain and snaps it back.

The target that Hornet man puts on you is the last thing ou want. Once you get hit, the pits of Hell will open and on the screen it will say: Welcome to HELL, Michigan.

Actually it will cause an endless supply of small hornets to chase after till it disappears.

yes zero is a ninja thats what hes designed to be. take a good look at the back of his head where his ponytail starts its like how those japanese warriors have there ponytails. and if you pay attention to the names of all of his moves in later games especially x8 it'll be pretty obviously that dr.wily designed him to be a japanese warrior.

This game had a lot of potential, maybe that's why it seems so extra disappointing. Because it's really not that bad for an SNES game, it just seems so compared to X1. And I think in some ways it's worse that they showed some great potential with playing as Zero, and with the ride armours. They show you enough to get you really interested, but they didn't handle either idea properly at all.

Robin Hood on NES is another game that had interesting ambitions but... well, that game sucked outright

I don't know if it has been mention already or not cause I'm too lazy to check the comments, but when underwater with the Frog Armor, if you dash and keep pressing the jump button, you fill do continuous jumps. I think, I don't remember clearly, but I know you can do multiple jumps underwater with the Frog Armor.

If I remember correctly, I believe Vile's mech has a charge up attack where he shoots out the claws. Not really sure though, it was like 14 years ago? Definitely one of the most memorable games I played.

The kangaroo armor makes you able to charge your hit, and will send your arm flying pretty far. While charging you can boost, and if you hit any enemy while doing so they will be annihilated

@ClementJ642 The reason Sigma is able to keep coming back is because his really just a Virus who can take over new bodies and make them his own. Originally in X5 it turned out that Sigma spread his Virus too far (around the world) for him the regenerate, and he dies. They changed this and in X8 and the new Rploids are able to "contain"the Virus.
