An officer pulled a friend of mine over, he got the records, both audio, and video. Showed the officer going 100mph on an ACCESS road, no lights, no sirens, no view of my friend. After 5 mins of speeding at over 93+ on an access road he makes a few turns and gets on a freeway.

Where he proceeds to exceed 125mph again with no lights, no sirens. He then see's my friends tail lights while 100+ speed. Pulls him over and rights him a ticket for doing 90 in a 60, having never shot his radar.

Once again you obstructed an investigation by not identifying yourself...the officer does not need probable cause to stop/detain, only reasonable suspicion. If you choose to obstruct the investigaion by not identifying yourself YOU just handed them probable cause. But then again we've been down this road before havnt we.
