This is from when Shiro died and hell opened. Then Rin discovers he's the son of Satan and it's because of him that Shiro died.

Which is why shiro is bleeding in this picture and kind of saying to Rin that it's not his fault but Rin is obviously crying.

I think it's from the first episode when Rin had to kill Shiro who was possessed by Satan. Then before dying Shiro tells Rin that he did a great job and that he's gonna be fine.
