I use Riva Tuner to turn up the fan speed on the gpu, and the corsair dominator air flow fan for the ram. this is something you'd buy for a basic system i think, no heavy over clocking. but then again I can be wrong. I don't have a window on my case so i'm not OCD about how it looks inside.
This is good, if you only want to liquid cool your CPU.
