1. Why did the Scientists agreed to help Charron and not make a Vaccine/Cure?

2. How did the Scientists turn into Walkers?

I would understand if they attempted a vaccine, used it, then it back fired. But they didnt.

Yerema isn't the actual "source" of the plague. She contains it, but her family is immune to it and it rests dormant in their bodies, so they are not affected by the disease.

i get it now the yerema girl, was the start of the infection and now that the infection is inside of her she is gnna kill the whole world now , i guess thats why charon smirked at the end the game as said "the world will never be the same" cuz he knew about yerema and how she was gnna kill everyone !

What Ryder WAS going to do was take the "vaccine" back and make a cure to save everyone (moreso his wife, but I think he would've shared it), however he thought everyone was out to get him. Maybe instead of saying he'd kill Charon, maybe he should've said, " His names not Kevin, it's Charon, a notorious terrorist!" But no, Ryder spoke in the heat of the moment and didn't explain himself. So there you go. It's sad really.
