There is no "fundamental right" to divorce in the Constitution, but it's still legal. The Constitution says nothing about a welfare state or so-called "big gov't", yet no one challenges the constitutionality of it in court. Hell, some ultraconservatives would actually say divorce is somehow wrong and should be illegalized once again. You see how silly this "Roe is not in the Constitution" argument is? Any idiot can twist it around to suit their agenda.

Science has not yet confirmed, if it ever will for that matter, that the embryo, at any stage, is a human being. Why is this woman saying it is? It's obviously political. Politicians on the right need to stop politicizing and/or denying real science for their agenda.

How many scientists actually agree with the woman at the beginning? Some would say that the embryo is NOT a viable human being until it is actually out of the womb and independent, in a sense. Mind you, these "values voters" are the same kind of nutjobs who believe that life begins at conception and actually oppose the morning after pill, despite the fact that the morning after pill would be the safest and most efficient way to abort, not to mention most painless.
