I've had this phone for about 1 and a half years and it SUCKS. I've been taking really good care of it, but it just sucks. It's really slow, and whenever I calibrate the touch screen, it's still pretty crappy. And when I watch TV, it somehow shuts down even when it's fully charged. The camera is really blurry, even on the first day. I can't wait 2 switch phones.

one of the worst phones i've ever had. horrible battery, got addicted to charge after a month, never finds signal, if you get a message when you're typing another message to someone else, the keyboard goes out of t9. tv coverage is awful, the only way i get signal now is from the antenna, for tv and just calling/texting signal. overall awful horrible bitch of a phone

I have had my VU for 3 years and it has yet to dissapiont me. I have no problems charging it. I had to replace my battery for the first time a week ago, so the battery had a long life. And the paint is STILL pristine because I take great care of my phones.

I really enjoy using this phone, but the only disappointment I got with this phone is RING TONES. If I should download a ring tone from the internet to my phone and try to set it as a ring tone, it keeps on saying, 'file is too large".... So I purchased a 2GB memory card thinking that would solve the problem but it's still not working. Could anybody please give me assistance on how solve this problem.

@RingCharmed i dont know if you solved your problem, but there's this site called "mobile17" or something like that. i had the same problem, and i just made a 20 second ringtone on the site and it texts it to your phone. you download it and problem solved.

this phone is fucking awful, but at least the ringtones i downloaded to it were customizable.

I don't know what your alls problems are, because i have this phone and i haven't had any problem at all, i also if you wanna call it hacked when i just modded the system file and it works just fine no problem at all.

also my signal used to suck with att i went to cincinnati bell(I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT) 45 bucks per month unlimited and i get much better signal service, with att at my house i maybe got 1 bar but now i get like 3 or 4 and full everywhere else, so i have no problem with it!!!

I have this phone, and it's decent for texting. I use my DS stylus, which makes typing much more accurate and faster. Unfortunately, like everyone else who has this phone, I have to keep it in the wall charger to talk- unless I'm willing to risk it dying. The battery life became schitzophrenic after a year. The sound effects are annoying (hence why I shut them off.) There is almost no customization with 4 themes to choose from. The best part of this phone is the keyboard, which is flawed.

It no longer comes with the headphones and the headphone port is mini usb which definitely equates to epic lam3r. There is however an adapter you can buy and than carry around with you so you can use your earbuds.. joy. like I need to carry around something else in my pockets. Hey LG, most peps have mp3 players and might want this for vids and the TV and no they arent going to buy your crap headphones they are going to buy 3rd party adapters... epic fail.

I love this phone... I have had it since december, and I don't use the TV. it took some hacking to get it to do everything it is supposed to but once u get it working it is awesome.

The "flicking" during browsing does work and it is very responsive.

Unfortunately I don't just putting it into ur pocket. don't get me wrong it's durable. I've dropped it a few times and haven't had a problem, but after so many bumps to the leg, the screen sank in and became less responsive.
