My guess is it's a Mugen bout... you can actually create just about any character you want if you know how to animate like that, have the patience or can find a mugen character you want already made on the net. I've never been able to get the program working though so don't ask me for help... however I noticed that there are a couple Mugen fights posted attached to this post on the related videos bar, you might want to ask one of those posters where to go...
