so is this an old military base? considering its got air force stuff, if so, all of these precautions are simple security measures, the government uses on old bases to make sure no one goes in it, for liability reasons. I've been on multiple bases and have gone through those turn gates many times, its nothing special... also, FEMA is Federal EMERGENCY MANAGMENT Administration.

The biggest operating part of FEMA are your local Emergency Services, like myself in Search And Rescue, but none of us are employed by FEMA, we simply work under their organization in emergency situations. Now, I think it is entirely possible that foreign troops can be called in to occupy the US while our men and women are away fighting in some major war overseas. You guys wouldn't "round us up", but foreign troops wouldn't have as much of a moral conflict.

The fact is, NO ONE knows when these camps will be used, or even what will take place within these facilities. It's in all of our best interests not to jump the gun on the subject or else some looney will attack a building/person as a statement of protest.
Back to Bush, I think the majority of his critics tended to exaggerate, but he got us into a mess.

If they just installed new heaters in all the buildings, why are they surprised to see new gas pipes running to the different buildings? The supplies in the stockyard don't show any signs of "new fencing". Apparently a large tower is a "watch tower" when, in fact, it is a radio and observation tower. Train yards were not always computerized and did not always have the benefit of cameras and radios. Back in the day, people organized trains in the yards the hard way - by eye, and on paper.

Most railroad tracks are fenced. Of course the gate to the tracks is right next to the building - where else would it be? 200 feet down? It's no surprise to see a train (albeit an army train) in a train repair place. The barbed wire isn't angled to "keep people out" or "keep people in", it's designed to keep people away from the tracks. The "colour" markers don't have any way through the fence near them, so they wouldn't do very well as a place to line up while boarding the train.

Each law charts have a counter-measure law...which means,they can violate anything they want to obtain what they need...if you studied law,you would know about it.The "Bill of Rights" like you said has like a dozen of counter charts so the government can't worry about getting sued by civilians...just like it happened in Abu Graib,where prisoners were tortured for almost nothing and no one was able to blame the government because they pulled out dozens of legislations and people believed them.

The only ways those counter measures go into effect is if there's a national emergency. I'm sure u heard of Executive Order 9066 (Japanese American internment). The only way that that was acceptable is when the Supreme Court said that in times of national distress/ emergency, that the rights of people are limited. But in order for the US to be in a time of emergency, the President, Military, and Congress must ALL agree on that, and then the President MUST state the situation to the citizens
