There are many people doing this but what they have done is contracted with them by giving their name and confirming how many people live in the property when they have opened the door to get the form. The Director of the English and Welsh Census stated back in June 2010 in a newspaper interview that No Contact basically means they cannot take a household to court, so No Contact means No Contract. By accepting the Census and if you have gave a name when they asked, you have contracted!

Why am I going to be charged up to £1000 for not completing a Census?? I Haven't parked anywhere I shouldn't park, I haven't committed any criminal offences and I have paid all of my (your) taxes. With the dogshit that was also put in there I doubt it but I wont pay any fine there is no contract the courts are illegal anyway they are courts of commerce not law they dont practice law thats why we will arrest the judges and have already done so, we are humans not commercial entities you fill them in through threats and use of coersion I do not scare easy and am not concerned by a system corrupt to the core the cards are falling.

There are many people doing this but what they have done is contracted with them by giving their name and confirming how many people live in the property when they have opened the door to get the form. The Director of the English and Welsh Census stated back in June 2010 in a newspaper interview that No Contact basically means they cannot take a household to court, so No Contact means No Contract. By accepting the Census and if you have gave a name when they asked, you have contracted!

Why am I going to be charged up to £1000 for not completing a Census?? I Haven't parked anywhere I shouldn't park, I haven't committed any criminal offences and I have paid all of my (your) taxes. So why am I now going to be "fined" for not complying to complete a questionnaire I didn't consent to receiving or completing?
What if I simply CHOOSE not to. Why should I? What type of company in the world would be able to fine you for not completing or answering their questions about you??

@rockhardsolid1 apparently they have put together a specific team to go fining those who didnt take part, dont know yet who exactly they are though. Whether they have power to do anything is another question. 38 people got fined last time around with no succesful appeal that i can see. 1 went to prison over it. The game of roulette the poster of the video plays is his risk to take i guess

The census is what we in Britain use to obtain reliable statistics about society and its needs. Statistics are facts and facts help intelligent decision making - and proper, well informed debate, in civil society. Just fill out your census - you will need to phone the helpline to request another form as you have just destroyed your original paper copy. By the time you get another one you will have forgotten all about this act of rebellion and will no doubt think differently.

I normaly send all junk mail to TV licensing centre via freepost but yoour righ redirect all your junk mail repost it and send it to FREEPOST 2011 Census, Processing Centre, UK.
That should cost them a packet and give them something useful to do.
