u exaggerate - i mean: If u have an SSD, i think it doesnt matter u have 2GB or 3 or 4GB of RAM, its always fast. If u have 128mb of ram or 2gb thats a big difference, yes.

im aware of this i just think pple need to read and use there brains every once and awhile or they will never learn like the time i asked for help on a tech site and a guy refered me to a 1000 page tech manual i learned that, that guy was an ass and also learned how to debug the program i was having problems with

f you copy the XPUD ISO to a partition and tell grub2 to boot it, it takes as long as grub takes to setup, much faster :)

Fedora is faster. The method of installation they use has some real downsides, but it's still much better for the most part.
