@weg8933 Read up on your parkour landings, friend. She lands on the balls of her feet then rolls from her shoulder to the opposite sided hip, therefore having less contact on the spine and making it less likely for her to break or damage her spine from a big fall. Dipshit.

@MinecraftianBuilders look at 0:12 you can' tell what she does. It look's like she just grabs onto the ledge from a 15 foot fall. That would yank your arms off your body. The inertia generated would be too hard for her to withstand no matter what roll or twist you do. Now say if there was a ledge that she could of jumped on it would would have cut the problems in half as the knees are quite amazing shock resistors.

I'm pretty sure no human being can make the jump shown in the video. and whatever fps you played that you regenerate health in is fucken retarded, play battlefield bad co. 2, or battlefield 3, you don't "magically regenerate health" you take 1 bullet to the head, you're dead instantly, 2-3 to the torso = dead, sitting behind cover = delaying the inevitable.
