  • I'm not gonna lie. I heard nothing but I'd enjoy what I saw :)

  • Why do you keep your hand on your stomach?

  • @trevor61396

Just for balance, but you can hold your free hand where ever feels most comfortable to you.

  • used stuff like naposim?

  • Dam... I think Trish is kinda' sexy...

  • Hardcore! A gym that plays slipknot!

  • lee I really like your videos. Thanks a lot for posting them! You're the best thing to come out of the east coast since GBS!

  • that girl got a booty

  • 10 reps per set? How many sets you might want to recommend?

  • @POHSENGxD

I usually do a couple lighter warm up sets, then I'll do 3 heavier "working sets".

  • @POHSENGxD

I usually do 1-2 warm up sets and 2-3 working sets.

  • how did you tear it in the first place?

  • @sgtsnakeeyes11

Trying to flip a 600 pound tire (similar to what you would see in a strongman competition).

  • patricia has a nice ass

  • hi lee, been looking through some of your olds stuff, particularly the positions of flexion stuff, was wondering what 3 exercises (mid power, fully stretched and concentration) would you suggest for shoulders, back and legs? because the chest, bi's and tri's ones are good just havent got any stuff on the three muscle groups mentioned. Thanks :) hope the bicep is ok btw ;)

  • Bro, do some cardio.

  • This would be a more effective exercise if you kept your elbow stationary behind your hips. Aren't you technically using some deltoid (primarily front) when you move your elbow in front of the hips, as well as releasing some tension from the bicep at the top of the rep?

  • Hey lee please make more cooking vids they help me out alot and they give me ideas. I can't wait for the next one

  • lee, my arms dont want to grow anymore, they look small compared to my chest/torso... is there any tips or workouts you can recommend

  • @chuy11111111

I cover all my best arm training tips in the Blast Your Biceps program. I'd recommend you give it a shot for yourself.

  • lee why are you releasing tension on your reps? wouldn't it be better do go all the way but stop b4 you just lose the tension?

  • Tell patricia shes doing great for me lee! she has a bigger body then me :( my ego is destroyed for sure ahaha

  • How long have you been bodybuilding lee ???

  • @hiprobhop

I entered my first bodybuilding competition back in 1995.

  • daaaaaaamn u see the ass on trish

  • @boby6 ;) sawd it

    pump some iron

  • thats like today i was useing 25lb for incline flys and this girl ask to borrow them and than did curls with them

  • Patricis has the nicest shape. If only My girlfriend worked out too damn!

  • man lee you recovered quickly from your injury. im still broken :(

  • WOOOOOO workin out to some classic aerosmith :)

  • do you notice that her forearm is a lot smaller thatn her upper arm? shes like a reverse popeye

  • @callumb333 then that would be like a dual exercise which would fit me perfect I will try this today.

  • i was wondering can you do it as failure type of workout Lee

  • @eightball20058

Sure you can push it on this one and rep out to failure. I'm holding back and being conservative in my training because I'm still recovering from a torn bicep, so I'm just happy to be able to work biceps at this stage. But if you want to push it hard, go for it.

  • @leemhayward Thanks Lee i appreciate that

  • YES! I do this but, say if I'm doing my right arm, I put my left leg in front of my right leg & vice versa because I feel I have better balance.

  • @xAggro

That's cool, I know a lot of folks who do that and I'll sometimes do it as well.

  • @leemhayward why are you holding your abdominal is that for balance?

  • @bigdaddy19821111

I find it helps with balance rather than just letting your free hand hang down by your side.

  • @leemhayward thnaks man one more question is this a type of exercise that if you go heavy you can do fewer reps? Are is this more for just defintion so you want to go light and do lots of reps?

  • @bigdaddy19821111

I prefer to do sets of 10 reps for this exercise. But there is nothing wrong with pyramiding up and going heavier with lower reps.

  • slipknot snuff in the background :D!

  • Yo, if you look at HCB program in 21 day fast mass, you have two "Day Four" might wanna check that out.

  • Is there a similar workout for triceps?

  • @crazychimp321

Sure, you can do single arm cable push downs for tricpes.

  • i see ur biceps gettin better :]

  • @leemhayward how big are your biceps? mines are 19.5 inces

  • @bloodgulch1

Right now my arms are 17 inches cold.

  • @leemhayward That's impressive man. Mine are 19.5 inches cold and in the low 20s while burning hot!

  • Get a better camera...other than that good video ima try that in my workout

  • @alexxak47

What kind of camera do you use for your videos?

  • Good to see that you're able to train your left bicep again.

  • Damn she's so hot@@@!!! Nice video man thanks!!

  • Nice ass Trish! Sorry Lee

  • @dirtycash101

That's considered a complement, no need to apologize :-)

  • hey lee! you should do some videos on how to do proper form and not do proper form. like showing how not to do it (i.e. wrong vs right form for squats, deadlifts, etc) , that would be pretty cool eh?

  • @mikethemusicman7

    Thanks for the suggestions :-)

  • Bicep looks great Lee stay on your grind man!

  • Patricia's gainin on you Lee, time to step your game up

  • @sathanas222

    She's a machine, I can't keep up LOL

  • Patricia's body looks ridiculous(-ly fantastic)!

Question, Lee: Would you happen to know the physiological or psychological reason(s) that causes (my) scrotum to retract while performing lunges? (I presume it's due to the mind attempting to minimize injuries to the testes.)

  • @AmadeusExcello idk but maybe cause all the blood travels to ur quads and butt and supply the muscles with oxygen, everything goes there and not ur balls

  • @AmadeusExcello

I've never heard of this problem myself... If it's a serious problem you may want to visit your doctor for a check up to make sure everything is ok.

  • @AmadeusExcello get it checked out bro. had something similar happen luckly for me its just muscle spasims. for some it means hernia

  • patricia has new hair!

  • I thought you bicep was messed up?

  • @steveh1010

Yeah, I tore it back in January but I'm gradually building back up to doing normal workouts again.

  • @leemhayward Damn you heal fast, I tore my anterior deltoid back in december and still can't bench at all. :( Any suggestions?

  • Patricia is looking great! She looks stronger than most of my guy friends....

  • @jaymeez

It's not good for the ego getting out lifted by a girl LOL

I've been experiencing that feeling a lot lately where I haven't been able to train at 100%.

  • @leemhayward lee I need to borrow Patricia so she can help me with my workouts

  • isn't that your bad bicep?

  • @t66wood

Yes, I up to doing 30 pounds for both cable curls and dumbbell curls so it's coming along. When I started back training after I tore it I was struggling to perform 5 pound dumbbell curls.

  • @t66wood

Yes, I tore my left bicep back in January but I'm gradually building back up to doing normal workouts again.

  • @leemhayward

How do torn biceps occur? How can I avoid it? Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Lee, Can you make a video about overtraining?

  • @nitinlkoin1984 Please people keep giving this comment thumbs up so Lee WILL

  • @nitinlkoin1984

Overtraining is a very individual thing that depends on how good of shape you are currently in. For example, a highly conditioned athlete will have a much higher work capacity than a beginner who is just starting out. But what exactly is it you want to know about overtraining???

  • @leemhayward just 2 add to the question. i mean from what ive understood in my 4 years of bodybuilding is, that there isnt AN EXACT magic number of sets or reps one can do to achieve muscle gains. From what i understand, its all about VOLUME. what do you think is over training lee, my rules of thumb is this , if you going really heavy on a workout. Acheiving a burn and a pump, then once a pump starts to leave, then your almost done. and never work on a muscle again if its sore. whats your say?

  • i also like to mention, that i feel a workout shouldnt last no longer then an hour..maybe an hour and ten minutes..but im just curious because overtraining is a topic always thrown in many different forms.

  • Woo, you're getting that bicep back in the game! Nice!

  • good stuff
