It's probably for the best. Cool World was a pretty poor movie, and bore pretty much no resemblance to Ralph's original concept. He only finished it because Paramount threatened to sue him if he didn't.

I think most of us are trying to forget "Cool World" - the Film should have been directed by Alan Smithee ... :(
Sortta like showing clips from Empire strikes back during David Lynches Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony ... :)

Excellent series. Ralph Bakshi's name is really underrecognized, even though he directed the original "Lord of the Rings."
