low voice, I can't hear what you're saying and if I put the volume higher, probably my ears will explode when the music part comes back. Try re-editing this, volume up the video/your voice.
How long did it take to get it? I just ordered mine last friday through the same program and was wondering if they contacted you at all... Im getting impatient.. hahaha
hello. im just wondering if its normal for the little green light on the bak to flicker when you attach the lens (even though its off) and when you turn the camera on and off??, i noticed i didnt happen to u... i hope is nothing baD and its just normal.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Im planning to buy this DSLR camera when i can afford it. Haha! But is it any good? as i persume you`ve tested it already?
I really appreciate your "real people terms"....I sure do need that kind of instructions! lol I have a new D5000 and will need all the help I can get to understand it's many functions!
Hey great question! Definitely; it's called Auto-Exposure Lock. You'll find a small button labeled AE-L located where your right thumb should be when you're holding your D5000 normally--it's very near the mode dial towards the righthand side of the back.
I just posted a video about how this works while taking a video clip, and how to change the settings slightly to make it easier to use. I just made it a video response to this video. Check it out!

What videoediting program do you use?

This one was actually done in iMovie ('09) lol.
I have since migrated to Final Cut Express, however. Significantly greater functionality. iMovie is fun though, for what it is.

best boxing... no-one actually speaks on most of the pictures... and if they do it isn't informative like yours... thanks.

Ty ty! I learned it from some of the greats of YouTube unboxers. Glad I could help! :)

HAHAHA Royksopp NICE choice so the 55-200 is compatible with the d5000?
makcccp 2 years ago
Thanks! Love them.
Of course! No sense in buying it if it wouldn't work with that beauty.
zacharybeschler 2 years ago
Yeah I got my lens and it works flawlessly.

I have a question about the video feature.
Is it possible to block the exposition during video shoting? So the camera isn't correcting it with every light change.
