I find this story incredibly interesting for a few reasons:
1. What was Glenn Beck doing in at a movie in the center of NYC-heart of the liberals? Coincidence that this happened the shortly before the end of his show? I think not. This isn’t the first time Glenn Beck has used emotional manipulation to gain sympathy and understanding from faltering fans. Obviously, for Glenn Beck and at the price of his poor family.
2. If Glenn Beck feels that attacking someone’s family is such a low act then what what he doing spending a significant portion of his show mocking and attacking Obama’s 11 year old daughter, Malia? He laughed the entire time all at the expense of his foe’s young daughter.
3. I sense so much projection in this tirade it’s absolutely unreal. The tea party is built on little more than hate and fear mongering.

Yes, that's how the criminal justice system works. Glenn Beck says he was the victim of a crime. The people who he is accusing of this crime are innocent until proven guilty. The onus is on Beck to provide evidence that these people committed assault against him. He has not done that. There wasn't even a police report. Beck is lying. And you being the sucker, believe him.

It is the job of the justice system to investigate and determine evidence, not the victim. Plus proving who precisely was the perp is difficult in a mob-like situation. 1. What was Glenn Beck doing in at a movie in the center of NYC-heart of the liberals? Coincidence that this happened the shortly before the end of his show? I think not. Where's the proof? Downtown Manhattan where there are five video cameras on every corner, not to mention the 19 million people who live there with video capable cell phones. Not forgetting Beck is a "journalist" and like any journalist worth his salt, he would have been documenting this assault on his family. What? No police report either? How about eyewitnesses? Not one single person to corroborate your story, Beck? How about a far more plausible explanation...

His wife and child get assaulted and NOBODY catches it on video? In post 9/11 downtown NYC? BULLSHIT. Funny that the pictures that Gawker posted of Beck at this event show him casually chilling on the lawn with no drama in sight. The guy is lying. What I am somewhat confused about is Glenn Beck's assumption that he can insult left-wing folks daily and not experience any sort of repercussion for that. I know that there are morons on both sides. But liberals do seem to attract the majority of them. Beck did the right thing by not doing anything (what could he do?) when he and his family were being insulted.
