When I went to Siem Reap, I stopped at a rest area like this and ate all kinds of shit they sold there, even daring to drink iced milk coffee. I suspected their ice wasn't clean because i used to go to ice making place, they used water from dirty pond to make ice. NO FILTER.
But who cared. I just let my immune system battle out with any kinds of invading organisms it might encounter from the stuff i ate.
I know this rest area isnt this on the way to Phom penn.

Luckily I was fine.
This is for a risk taker. Don't try it yourself, you might end up having water in and out of you like you are a pipe.
