  • lol scales for a demo =]

  • @KearBear93 He did it to demonstrate that you could make your guitar harmonize with the echo if you time it correctly.

  • I wish you guys would've left these knobs on this series of pedal - if not all your pedals. I understand there were complaints about them being hard to read(?), but those other knobs just look SO cheap:(

Any thoughts on the subject? Maybe some sort of compromise in the future??

Thanks for posting, btw - it's always nice to see a company demoing their own gear, and doing it WELL:D

  • @LandOfMutants did you ever get the answer , I am looking at this also

  • What is the diference in sound when using the pedal mono and using it stereo?

  • is it possible to set the echo in a way that it resembles a reverb effect?

  • I have to get one of these. It'd be nice to get my CE-5 and DSD-2 off my board.

  • I have the earlier version of this pedal and it is great. I do however have 2 questions. 1) Aside from the normal/lush switch, does the older version differ at all from the older version? 2)what kind of amp do you use with these demos?

  • @ldblumhorst pretty sure they use one of their workhorse amps for the demo

  • Absolutely fantastic!

  • You have a delay that can do a reverse delay ?

  • Thanks for your question.... the answer is no, we don't.

    All the best...

    VS

  • Can you push the delay to self-oscillation?

  • No you cannot.

    Thanks for the question...

    VS

  • @VisualSoundUSA

So this is essentially a chorus pedal combined with a delay pedal?

  • wow.. i suddenly got G.A.S. for the H2O and the Double Trouble

  • I really love VS pedals. I have a visual volume, a V2 J&H and a V2 Route 66. Excellent, under-rated pedals! I haven't gotten this one is because the single chorus pedal has more control in the extra knob, You could have squeezed it in there like the J&H and it would have been so much better. That said, I will be getting the Liquid chorus soon...

  • Is that if I only use one amp , I just can plug into OUTPUT1 ?? Because my output2 didn't work , I can't hear any effect

  • @foreverjimmy one out put is wet and one is dry, maybe you were using the wrong one

  • ''PureToneBuffer''....how is that better or compared to true bypass??

  • @AAF26 go to their webpage and watch the video on it, they explain what it is.

True bypass takes the effect out of the signal, but the puretone buffer boosts the signal so that it's like you're plugged directly into an amp

  • is the output always on stereo even if you have both effects off?

  • Sounds incredible!

  • AMAZING SOUND!

  • I love the sound at 2:15.

  • I dont think the leslie one sounded much like a leslie.

Having said that, it was an amazing sound. almost like a 70s funk/jazz synth.

  • Please, what were you playing at the beginning? It sounds amazing.

  • great playing!

  • you said the eric johnson tone was made with a double trouble pedal,, what were the settings on the double trouble pedal??

  • Fantastic liquid chorus and great delay, i love this pedal.

  • Is the delay digital?

  • mine is on ebay right now, ...sigh.....funds needed.

    This pedal is amazing.

  • I was wondering, can you have both channels on at the same time?

  • Yes you can... That's the point of all our double pedals!

    Visual Sound

  • @VisualSoundUSA ... so can you make a video of you using both channels? That was the whole reason for me watching this video.

  • Thanks for your comment... We are about to create a new pedal demo video that will have many famous guitar players demoing different pedals they use. It should be done by summer. Keep checking back.

    VS

  • @ 2:15 very Eric Johnson. Nice Playing!!

  • i was thinking the same thing lol

  • Is the delay using the bucket brigade chips as well (after the digital section) or are they used just for the chorus?

  • ALL of the Visual Sound pedals sound great--the Route 66, the Jekyll and Hyde, the H20 and all the others I've heard! I have a feeling that the next pedal I get--if I can ever afford another one--will be a Visual Sound pedal and, most likely, I'd get the Route 66 since I've wanted a compressor for some time.

  • Can the 2nd generation H2O be modified with a NORM/LUSH switch? THANKS!!

  • i think you can do anything to a stompbox, but it'll be easier and cheaper if you sell yours and buy this one

  • I love this pedal! keep making magic Visualsound!

  • Is it possible to modify the 2nd generation H2O with a normal/lush switch? Thanks!!

  • i love that first riff your playing. the pedal sounds so awesome

  • on the spacious echo sound demo (eric johnson sound), what drive pedal was used?

  • I think it was a Double Trouble with both channels ON.

    - Visual Sound

  • Could it be the Jekyll & Hyde?

Think you responded this 7months ago... :)

  • i like 1:26

  • Great demonstration of what this pedal can do. This is an awsome pedal. Anyone that has concerns need not worry. It will not be a waste of money. This is the only pedal on my board that's on all the time no matter what I'm playing, from church to hard rock!

  • I'm going to try and pick one of these up tomorrow. I played on previously and thought it did both chorus and echo well.

  • The most amazing chorus I've heard other than anolog man!

  • whats the max delay time on these pedals?

  • is this pedal and more importantly the jekyll and hyde true bypass???

  • No... it is our own PureTone buffer.

    Visual Sound

  • 2:19, Eric Johnson :)

  • Excellent pedal with a very "liquid" sound! The only negative aspect of this pedal is that you have +2 dB on the level of your sound when the effect is ON. Don't know why!!!

  • Most classic chorus pedals have a slight boost. The Arion SCH-1, and Boss CE-1 are but 2 pedals that have the same boost when activated. Thanks for positive feedback.

  • Okay! I guess this is because of the analog circuit. Thanks for the answer, anyway sounds are very very beautiful -I am playing with this baby with my full tubes preamp & amp.

  • Sweet....Im buying one of these within the end of the month probably! Already have a Jeckyll & Hyde, and it kicks @SS!

  • No conflict KEWB99. This pedal is a killer. Plenty of our artists us multiple effects with it, no problems ever reported.

  • spacious echo sounds really good, so does the distortion used, howd you get that sound, another pedal?

  • Yeah... it's the Jekyll & Hyde... Thanks for askin'

    Visual Sound

  • Is it possible to kick at the same time the Chorus and the Echo ? (I mean both activated...)

Great sound, I think I'm gonna get one !

  • yes!

  • Damn that rockabilly riff was cool! I want one of these pedals badly....

    Are they true bypass?

  • ~I just bought one of these....I really like it so far...it's the only chorus pedal I have wanted to keep....~~

  • holy crap, thats amazing

  • when the chorus first kicked in at about half way through the vid, my jaw literally hit the floor!.

Beautiful!!!, best chorus I have ever heard and I am VERY picky about chorus.

Bob, you're the man!!, great work again!!

Jekyll and hyde and H20, the two best pedals on the market, hands down!

  • Agreed.

  • I've bought this pedal a few months ago, just absolutely insane, and the price is great too. Sounds so wonderfull on the workhorse amp!!

  • awsome pedal. Probably my next purchase. Best Chorus I ever heard.

BTW, where do I know the first thing he plays?
