  • LOL, Thanks for watching, maybe I have watched Emerald too much.

  • Yours looked so good I had to try them your way. They were great..nice tip about pre salting them to get out the moisture! I had never done them in butter before, but thought the flavor would be great, so I tried it...wonderful! I had to make several pansful and did not want my butter to burn so I added a tad of oil to make the butter burn slower, but the butter flavor did come thru nicely. Thanks so much.

  • I thank you for those kind words, I'm glad you liked them. Your right the butter can burn, i was so busy trying to work the camera I almost burned the second batch, I will add some oil next time. Thanks for watching my video.

  • Walter I don't have to use egg right?

  • No, you don't have to use egg. You can if you want to. Some people use egg. it just make a thick browner crust. I like it better just using flour. Theres no set rule. Experiment a bit. Add what ever seasoning you may want. I just dont like to hide the taste of the tomato.

  • hey dad send this video to food network ya never know you could be the next food network star.. nice video see ya later

  • Oh yea- That would be something. Not likely to happen though

    Wayne

  • As a kid I ran a string of rabbit traps, and ofen we depended on them for

sustenance. Now days I eat higher on the hog LOL but wouldnt hesitate If I got hungry enough. Thanks for watching

  • It's not fair Walter, I've just finished my egg sandwiches, and just sat down to watch your Cook With Walter Video, and it looks absolutely delicious, and something I've never seen before. The only green tomatoes we get over here are unripe red ones, which you can't eat, soI suppose these are a different type that you have over there...5* Bob

  • No Bob, these are the unripe red ones, LOL I doubt any new versions of tomatoes have came on the market. So your statement the ones you cant eat is in error.
