First off- don't mess with heroin. I went through my H phase, and believe me, it kicked my ass pretty hard. That said: "Baby's black balloon makes her fly" refers to a "cheeb" of heroin- a smallish chunk of black tar heroin wrapped in tin foil like a little black balloon that gets you high. "Almost fell into that hole" he almost got addicted as well. "you're not thinking bout tomorrow" All she cared about was living in the moment, getting high without thinking bout health concerns.
